Role Summary:

Estama are recruiting for a Regional Facilities Manager to join our team. We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Facilities Manager to lead the day-to-day management of a number of assets including retail, office and industrial to ensure outstanding operational performance, strong retailer relationships, and an exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations, including compliance, safety, presentation, and financial performance. You will work closely with occupiers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure the assets operate efficiently while supporting leasing outcomes and long-term asset value.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a hands-on management style, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to build positive, collaborative relationships with tenants. You will be confident managing budgets, reporting, and operational initiatives, while maintaining high standards across the centre environment.
