Founded in 2001 by David Roberts and Tony Quayle, Estama is an employee owned property company focused on imaginative, innovative, and proactive management of real estate assets with over 100 staff across the UK and Germany.

2001

Edinburgh House Estate is founded by David Roberts and Tony Quayle, initially investing in UK shopping centres.

2004

Following the sale and exit of the UK shopping centres. Edinburgh House launches acquisition programme in Germany.

2005

Asset and property management platform ESTAMA is founded in the UK and Germany to manage third party mandates.

2011

Estama Investment Agency is founded to broker acquisition/sales in the German market.

2014

Appointed by Edinburgh House Estates over UK Shopping Centre portfolio

2018

Ross Campbell appointed Head of Investment

2020

Mansing Awotar appointed Head of Finance

2021

Appointed by Signal Capital to manage their UK shopping centre funds
