Estama continues growth across all Property Sectors with new Industrial Estate contract
Estama have won the property management mandate for Cheshunt Lakes portfolio in Hertfordshire.
The London-based property and asset management company was appointed by Kroll Advisory Ltd who are acting as administrators for the site.
The 130,000 sq ft estate is made up of 19 individual units across 12 separate buildings including the Burdon & Miles Industrial Estate, Ingersoll House, The Hugg, and Plastek House.
The appointment signals the ongoing strengthening of Estama’s position in the industrial sector and underlines their ambitious growth plans across all property sectors.
