ESTAMA UK Appointed Property Managers for Staples Corner Shopping Park
Leading property and commercial asset managers ESTAMA UK have been appointed to take over the management of the Staples Corner Shopping Park in North London.
The site is a 50,000 sq ft retail park, let to six tenants; Decathlon, Homesense, Argos, Wren Kitchens, Bensons Beds, and Easy Bathrooms & Tiles.
The high footfall out-of-town retail scheme is owned by Palmbest Limited and is adjacent to the entrance of the future Brent Cross West Thameslink Station.
