Senior Surveyor / Associate – Commercial Property Management

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Senior Surveyor / Associate to join our industry leading commercial Property Management team based in London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated property professional to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of shopping centres, delivering high-quality asset and property management services on behalf of our clients. Working within a small, collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to make a genuine impact, build strong client relationships, and play an integral role in the continued growth of the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of commercial property management, including tenant liaison, service charge management, budgeting, contractor oversight, lease compliance, and working closely with asset managers to maximise the performance and value of each scheme. You will be confident managing complex landlord and tenant matters while maintaining exceptional levels of client service.

We are looking for someone with:

Experience in commercial property management, ideally with shopping centres or retail-led mixed-use assets.

• Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation, service charge administration, and health & safety compliance.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• A proactive, commercial mindset with strong organisational abilities.
