Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Shopping Centre Manager to join our Property Management team, the role will be based on-site at the Swan Shopping Centre in Leatherhead. The Shopping Centre Manager plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day operation and overall success of the site. As a vital member of the Swan Shopping Centre team, this individual will be responsible for efficient and proactive building management and ensuring high standards across maintenance, service delivery, and occupier experience.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, managing and motivating on-site team members to create a welcoming, dynamic environment that reflects the and meet the needs of its occupiers. Strong relationship-building skills are essential, as the role involves close collaboration with the client, contractors and occupiers as well as other local stakeholders.

Experience in other similar shopping centre management, building management or facilities management roles is preferred but not essential.
