Estama Partners with the Retail Trust to Strengthen Employee Wellbeing

That’s why we’re proud to announce our new partnership with the Retail Trust, the retail industry’s leading wellbeing charity, giving our team access to a range of services designed to support their health, happiness and overall wellbeing.

As part of the partnership, every member of the Estama team will have access to a comprehensive package of support, including confidential counselling, financial wellbeing advice, mental health support, wellbeing resources, exclusive discounts and rewards, and the Retail Trust’s dedicated wellbeing helpline.

The partnership also extends to leadership development, with our managers receiving specialist training to help them better support the mental health and wellbeing of their teams.

For us, this partnership reflects a commitment that goes beyond property management.
