Alex has more than six years’ management experience working across various shopping centres in the UK as well as a background in retail prior to joining the industry.
He also has three years ‘commercialisation experience working on a variety of high-end retail assets to drive commercial performance and footfall.
“We’re delighted to welcome Alex onto the team as we continue to expand and develop the business following our transition to Employee Ownership Trust status earlier this year,” said Ross Campbell, Head of UK Investment & Transactions.
“Alex has a proven track record and a passion for negotiating new deals, lease re-gears and relocations on top of place making to ensure assets thrive.
“As well as working closely with our clients and stakeholders, he will also continue developing our relationships with retailers and local authorities to ensure a fully functional approach to deliver the best sustainable results,” he added.
Before joining ESTAMA UK, Alex oversaw the leasing of core London shopping centres assets at Capital & Regional Plc.
During his time there he worked on initiatives such as a re-generation projects, creation of a new modern food hall, various events to the schemes; all of which enhanced footfall and income to the centres.
