Upon our appointment, no property management information was available as the property management company had entered liquidation.
We took receipt of all original paper files and created the data tape, which was uploaded into property management systems ensuring all information was correct. We also contracted all tenants directly and arranged for rent collections without any delay. Our asset and property management services stabilised the asset and brought the borrowers to a successful exit within 24 months.
