ESTAMA was instructed by a lender to supervise the borrower of funds for this large retail scheme, resulting in us taking full operational responsibility. Working under a receiver appointed by Deutsche Bank, we prepared a three-year business plan to asset manage and dispose of the retail portfolio.
Within three years, we delivered numerous asset management initiatives, resulting in an upside of €100m. Throughout the assignment, we managed all required approvals for leasing and sales, along with all expenditure requirements.
