Andrew Conway joins Estama

ESTAMA UK continues UK expansion with Asset Manager appointment

ESTAMA UK has appointed Andrew Conway as the newest Asset Manager to join its specialist Asset Management team. Andrew will work with the existing team in the management of the Signal and Torbay Council portfolios already under management, as the company continues its expansion throughout the UK.

As an independent asset & property management agency, ESTAMA UK manages a portfolio of 13 shopping centres across the UK. Andrew’s role as asset manager will support the company’s drive to maximise the full potential of its clients’ properties.  In particular, Andrew will drive ESTAMA’s integrated partnership with Signal and Torbay Council to ensure efficiencies and continued positive results for investors.

Andrew joins ESTAMA UK from The Williams Pears Group, a financing and real estate business founded in 1952, where he spent more than five years consolidating his asset management expertise across a variety of property portfolios.

Prior to this, Andrew worked as a Property Manager for Midcountries Co-operative, gaining a wealth of industry experience and a proven track record in asset management. His background and expertise within the industry will help ESTAMA UK to further cement its position as one of the UK’s leading commercial asset and property management agencies, and further accelerate the company’s growth plans.
