Graduate Surveyors join ESTAMA UK’s Property Management Team
Leading property and commercial asset managers ESTAMA UK has appointed two new graduates to join its Property Management Team.
Swansea University graduate Josh Barretto-Caen joins the London-based firm from Workman, where he spent the last 18 months as an assistant management surveyor.
He is currently studying for a master’s degree at the University College of Estate Management in Real Estate.
“I am thrilled to be joining ESTAMA and being involved in some exciting and diverse properties,” said Josh. “I would like to thank them for this opportunity and look forward to being part of the team,” he added.
Eddy Syrett attended Nottingham Trent University where he studied Real Estate. This will be his first full-time role in the industry.
“I’m grateful to ESTAMA for giving me the opportunity to take my next steps in my chosen career. I’m excited and looking forward to working with the property management team and the rest of the ESTAMA team,” said Eddy.
The pair’s appointment has been welcomed by ESTAMA UK’s Head of Property Management, George Grimes.
“We’re committed to training and developing exciting new talent here at ESTAMA as we continue to expand and grow our portfolio,” said George.
“I am delighted Eddy and Josh have joined the ESTAMA team, it is fantastic to be able to support these two in their training and development as surveyors as they start their careers in this amazing industry,” he added.
