Gravesend Town Centre

Working in partnership with the council, ESTAMA oversaw the master planning /redevelopment of large town centre mixed-used scheme. Planning was secured for 330 homes, a 650-space underground car park, a 50-bed hotel, five restaurants, five high street shops and a new public square.

As the chosen development partner, we negotiated a complex project including land swaps and a strong local lobbying group. Through a well-managed development timeline, a re-gear of the existing headlease, careful local consultation and visionary master planning, we sold the scheme at the height of the cycle for a seven per cent NIY.
