Estama Expands Shopping Centre Portfolio with New Asset Management Appointment for The Kingdom Centre
Leading asset and property management company Estama has been appointed by Focus Estate Fund to manage The Kingdom Centre in Glenrothes, further expanding its impressive portfolio of shopping centres.
The Kingdom Centre is the largest indoor shopping centre in Fife and one of Scotland’s largest single-level indoor shopping centres, boasting one of the highest footfalls in the region.
“We are thrilled to have been appointed as Asset Managers for The Kingdom Centre, not only adding to our shopping centre portfolio but also in supporting a client who has recently purchased the scheme,” said Ross Campbell, Estama’s Director & Head of Asset Management.

Located approximately 25 miles north of Edinburgh and 20 miles south of Dundee, The Kingdom Centre serves a resident population of around 40,000 and a catchment area within 20 miles of over 300,000 people.
The centre itself spans 430,000 sq ft (40,000 sq m) and features 1,400 parking spaces, making it a key retail hub for Glenrothes.
It benefits from excellent bus and rail links and attracts an annual footfall of approximately six million. Key tenants include Sports Direct, Boots, Home Bargains, Argos, JD Sports, and Specsavers.
