Appointed as the asset and property managers of the Sunbeam facility, ESTAMA UK, oversaw the sales process and supported the David Roberts Art Foundation with the private sale of this standalone industrial unit, which is situated within the largest industrial estate in the UK.

Separately, ESTAMA UK also arranged the sale of the Syston Mills industrial estate located in Leicestershire. The estate was owned by property investment company Edinburgh House Estates, who had owned the estate for 14 years, and has now transferred to new private ownership, with more than 90% of the units occupied at sale following a number of key lettings over the previous 12 months.

Ross Campbell, Head of UK Investment & Transactions at ESTAMA UK said:
“We were delighted to manage the individual sales of these two significant industrial assets. Our historic involvement with the asset management of both sites brought invaluable in-depth knowledge and insight to the process for both Sunbeam Industrial Estate and Syston Mills and these two successful sales are testament to the dedication and expertise of our team.”
